Check with the Venue
Unfortunately, we have had to cancel a booking for a Wedding Reception at Saint Tewdrics House, Mathern Road, Chepstow, NP16 6HX, the reason being, the venue insists on the inflatable company provides a generator and supervises the inflatable, although we may of arranged a supervisor at the time of booking, we could not have done so at the time of being notified by the venue, we are also unable to provide a generator at any time, we can only operate with a power supply being supplied to us.
If you are booking a venue, that's not on our venue page please check with them that you are able to use there power supply and perhaps check with them that they don't have a problem with a bouncy castle being supervised by yourselves.
