Why do we process and store your data?

We need to store and process your data if you make an enquiry or place an order with us, for tax and insurance reasons and to allow us to provide our services as an Inflatable Hirer.

We may need to keep your personal details up to 6 years after being a customer of ours, purely for tax and insurance purposes. After this period of time, any physical data (paper form) we hold, will be shredded, and digital form will be deleted.

Our data protection officer is responsible for managing access to the personal data we store, only the data protection officer and authorised members of staff will access your data.
Some of the services we use will also store a copy of your data. For example, our email providers Google (Gmail), Fasthosts Webmail and our online accounts program Wave and any providers they use to provide their services. If you contact us via Facebook, that platform may also keep a copy of your messages.

If you were a previous customer of ours, we may need to hold onto some of your data for tax or insurance reasons, we will happily comply with your request to delete as best we can.

The fact is, we do not do any marketing what so ever, so there is nothing to opt in or out of.
