Affordable Bouncy Castle Hire Newport Terms and Conditions

 

It is the responsibility of the customer (hirer') to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:

 

1) This unit has a height limit of 1.5m. Please ensure no­body over this height uses the equipment.

 

2) To avoid choking and mess, no food or drinks to be consumed on the inflatable.

 

3) All shoes, badges, jewellery, i.e. large earrings, necklaces etc. MUST be removed. It is recommended that spectacles are also removed.

4) No party ­poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used near or on the inflatable, as they can make a terrible mess and permanently stain the unit.

 

5) No smoking near the inflatable.

 

6) Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.

 

7) A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times. They must be competent and present to supervise the inflatable for the complete hire period.

 

8) Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded and limit the numbers depending on the age and size of children using it. If the children are colliding with each other then it is too crowded.

9) Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time. Some children require strict supervision.

 

10) Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron. The step is there to help users get on and off.

 

11) Ensure that no­body with a history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatable

12) Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.

 

13) No drugs or alcohol.

 

14) Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.

 

15) By signing this disclaimer, you agree to allow us to access your property/venue to collect the product(s).

 

16) We cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses when transporting through homes.

 

17) Please be aware, we would not allow our inflatables to be set up if the Met Office forecasts rain or high wind speeds or strong wind gusts, this is for safety reasons.

 

18) Any incidents of damages or injuries must be reported to us immediately.

 

19) Should the inflatable require cleaning when we arrive the £30 cleaning deposit will be used towards our time it would take to clean the equipment, we may have other jobs to go to, so may not have time to wait around while you clean the inflatable.

DISCLAIMER

 

Please note that all persons using this inflatable do so at their own risk.

 

The person/organisation hiring our equipment must agree to or sign this agreement and be present at all times to supervise the equipment, failing to do so, our obligation to you will cease.

 

Under no circumstance are you permitted to sign this agreement on behalf of someone else, nor is someone else permitted to sign this agreement on your behalf.

 

The person/organisation hiring our equipment cannot pass on their responsibility for our equipment, without explicit consent from a representative of this company, this would need an additional agreement being signed and would involve an additional charge.

 

The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. A competent person must be responsible for the constant supervision of the equipment whilst it is on hire to you.

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer' to ensure they are adhered to.

Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused by anyone using this equipment.
