Your customer service, very prompt replies, excellent time keeping and easy communication was highly appreciated. We were very pleased we chose you to provide the bouncy castle and your suggestion about the ride on trikes was brilliant too, the children loved them and were constantly riding them around having fun. Great excellent service and was nice to meet your son as well. Fully appreciate you travelling up to us even though it was outside your normal working territory. Will spread the good word about your business and would fully recommend you for any party or event. Excellent service and excellent prices – two things you very rarely find today.

Had a garden party over the summer and found affordable bouncy castle hire through Facebook. The bouncy castle was a great price and perfect for our summer party. Great customer service and delivered bang on time. Couldn't be better.

A great service at a great price. We had the bounce and slide and it was perfect. A good size for the kids without being too high to fit in a hall. We also had candy cones and they were great. A lot less hassle than sorting out party bags. Can't recommend them enough...We'll definitely be using you again. And we'll be recommending you to everyone at the school as well.

Just to say thank you again for your help at the Fun Day, it was really kind of you to stay and attempt to supervise the Bouncy Castle (an impossible task).

We did make a profit of over £400 on the day, so it was a good fundraiser as well as a community event. We may even do it again next year!

What an amazing service booked this guy an hour before my nephew's party was due to start as was let down last minute by another company. He was on time and was quick at setting up, was prepared to pick up when we wanted wasn't given a time scale, which was great cause party's run over. Defiantly booking him for my sons 1st birthday. Great value for money!!!!

We had the large castle for my daughters 7th birthday yesterday. What a great service. On time, (actually early which is always a bonus), friendly, no fuss. Great price. The kids had a fantastic time. Would definitely hire again and also highly recommend. Thank you, Kyle and family, for making my daughters day.

You won't be disappointed. I admit I was a little worried at first, with people saying you get what you pay for and all that, yes they were cheaper than everyone else I phoned, but from the first time I spoke to Kyle, I knew I was going to use them, and I'm so glad I did. Don't let the affordable price put you off, you still get a high-end service. Thank you again, Kyle, I'll be recommending you to all my friends.
